Maybelline Blush Studio Cheeky Glow Review

I'm back again with a new review. I want to share my thought about a blush from Maybelline. They call it Blush Studio Cheeky Glow. The packaging reminds me of Maybelline dream bouncy blush.

I bought it at Hypermart and the price is IDR 38.900 (USD 4). I got shade in Fresh Coral. It's like pinky peach.



I love the packaging. It's simple but cute! It made from plastic, so maybe it's easily break if you drop it. The top cover has transparant color so we can see the blush color. It's travel friendly too because of the 'mini' size. And yeah, it doesn't have a mirror and brush so you have to use your own brush and mirror for apply it. I have to say I love this cheeky glow packaging more than the clear smooth packaging or the green one.

After blended

The color's quite pigmented when I touched/swatched it with my finger, but when I applied on cheek with a brush, it has sheer color. So don't worry about being a clown. But, it's buildable if you want more color. The great thing is it has subtle shimmer (even you can hardly see it), so it's wearable for everyday natural makeup.
For staying power, I think it's not long lasting. I have oily face and everything I use on my face will fade away. And this blush is one of them.

If you're a beginner in makeup or looking for a blush that cheap but has nice quality, this is for you. Especially if you're a teenager or college student, you want a blush that cheap and doesn't make you like you get punch on the face :p
